We’re looking for a Coordinator, Products & Partnerships to join our team! This individual  is responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of key technical integrations that support our service offerings. Works closely with stakeholders across all internal departments, including Client Services, Programmatic Trading, and Engineering, in addition to vendor partners.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Uses strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and solve issues across half a dozen interconnected systems, conduct quality assurance work, update and maintain documentation, and provide administrative assistance to the team where needed. 
  • Conducts market research to inform nascent product offerings and to enhance existing products. 
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our underlying tech infrastructure, including conducting regular platform and data updates
  • Support the administrative setup of campaigns prior to launch, including reporting accounts, Facebook ad accounts
  • Troubleshoot issues related to campaign delivery, platform functionality, and reporting
  • Manage the flow of audience data between our proprietary platforms and our vendor partners’ systems, including onboarding campaign data files
  • Interact regularly with ad technology and data vendors to help ensure all integrations are properly maintained and that the team is up to date with pertinent vendor information
  • Manage product and process documentation including ensuring that documentation is regularly updated, and assisting departments with documentation needs
  • Collaborate with Client Services and Business Development to identify and support client needs in regards to reporting or Dashboard development
  • Conduct regular research to keep team informed on new advertising technology trends and policies
  • Coordinate with Accounting to facilitate vendor payment reconciliation
  • Support the management of departmental interns
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, take notes in meetings, and circulate agendas and recap notes to attendees
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications & Skill Requirement

  • Demonstrated interest in working in advertising technology, politics, and/or public affairs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and use digital platforms and tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail required. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in or with digital advertising
  • Prior experience working in project management capacity desired; especially desirable in a technology-related field.
  • Experience working in with reporting systems such as Datorama
  • Ability to coordinate across highly cross-functional teams
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Office Hours

This position is based in Washington, DC however, we are open to remote work in other states. We will be working on a hybrid basis with many team members working entirely from home. Work hours are consistently 9:00 A.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, with the expectation that evening and weekend work will be required as necessary.
